Return and refund policy
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel your order without giving any reason. This period starts from the day you receive the products (or the day a person you designate, other than the carrier, takes possession of them).

Return conditions
- Products must have been purchased less than 14 days ago and be returned in their original packaging.
- Only products bought at full price can be refunded. Sale items cannot.
The following cannot be returned:
- made-to-measure or clearly personalised products;
- perishable products or products past their expiry date;
- hygiene products unsealed after delivery;
- items that have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
Return costs and risks
Return costs and risks are borne by the customer. Please send products back to:

We recommend an insured, tracked shipment. No refund can be made without receipt of the parcel or proof of delivery of the return.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as for the order, at no extra cost.
Gifts
If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive store credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund goes to the person who placed the order.
