Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern access to and use of the online shop of the ART TISSAGE TAM Cooperative. Please read them carefully before using our shop.

Acceptance and access

By using the shop, you accept these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Products and prices

Our pieces are handmade by the artisans of Tamesloht: slight variations in colour, size or pattern compared with the photos are natural and are not a defect. Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the shop, excluding shipping costs, which are shown before you confirm your order.

Ordering and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been approved. Payment is secure and processed by our payment providers: we never have access to your full card details.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy.

Links to third-party sites

The shop may contain links to third-party websites or social networks that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices; we encourage you to read their own terms.

Suspension of access

We may suspend or terminate access to the shop at any time, without notice, in particular if these Terms are not respected.

Liability

The shop is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first so we can look for an amicable solution. Consumers living in the European Union benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

Severability

If any clause is found to be invalid, the others remain fully in force. Not exercising a right does not mean waiving it.

Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will try to notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the shop means you accept the updated Terms.
